Responsible for the Global Project Engineering systems, technologies and talent to transform the supply chain for major site projects to meet our global product demands.

Leads the Project Engineers, Sustainability, Facilities Engineer and the Standards team. The GPE will personally lead or leverage resources to deliver site masterplans and support initiatives across engineering pillars, manufacturing, and distribution, engaging with stakeholders and within engineer processes to ensure alignment on opportunities, priorities and resource deployment.

Will ensure projects are delivering outcomes per expectations and timelines, and projects are being managed per global best practices and standards. The GPE will create, evolve and deploy global standards ensuring equipment, utilities, infrastructure, and processes reflect best practices, global standards and ensure optimized performance and capability for EDGE, EHS, sustainability, QA, agility, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Engineering. Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or IE
  • 12 years chemical, CPG, Health Care or related experience; at least 5 years working with major Capital projects, site masterplans, green and brownfield expansion, Compounding, packaging and palletizing automation equipment installation and warehousing projects
  • Experience with multi-million dollar engineering projects ($50M+) and/or 3-5 yr site masterplanning executions
  • Professional Project Management or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Project, MS Office applications.
  • Expertise in the LEAN Construction and Vertical Startup methodologies preferred

Travel

25 - 40% Travel. Location Open to ELC supply chain locations.

Specs & Exp - Hands on experience in Capital Mfg and Dist projects

KPIs - Project On time delivery, Quarterly and Yearly capital spend accuracy

English Is a Required, Other Languages Are a Plus

Preferred Degree Mechanical, electrical, chemical or construction
